Why apply in advance

Before
You Fly

You can apply for a visa on arrival at the airport, but it is far easier to hold the electronic version before you board. Applying in advance means you skip the visa queue on landing.

If your passport is biometric, you can also use the automatic gate, which is usually the difference between clearing immigration in minutes and clearing it in an hour.

Immigration holds the final decision on every application. If yours is refused, we refund what you paid.

Staying longer

Extension
e-VoA

The visa can be extended one time, for another 30 days. That brings your total stay in Indonesia to a maximum of 60 days.

How you extend depends on how the visa was issued. If you took the visa at the airport on arrival, the extension is done at an immigration office. You have to attend once in person to be photographed and fingerprinted.

If your visa was issued electronically in advance, the extension can be done online. No office visit, no appointment.

What It Costs

One price per applicant, including our handling fee. Add-ons only apply if you need them.

Ninety days from the date of issue. Your first day of arrival in Indonesia is the first day of the visa’s validity.

Yes, once, for a further 30 days. In total the visa then covers 60 days. An electronically issued visa can be extended online; a visa taken at the airport requires one visit to an immigration office.

No. This is a single-entry visa and it is cancelled on departure. A second trip needs a new application.

You get your money back. We confirm the refund terms in writing before you pay, and we tell you upfront if anything in your file makes a refusal likely.
