Every international traveller and Indonesian citizen arriving in the country submits the All Indonesia declaration, covering immigration, customs, health and quarantine in one form.

How long does the whole process take?
Between one and 24 hours from the moment we have all four documents. Applications that arrive during the night are usually finished before the next morning.
How long can I stay on an e-VoA?
Thirty days from your date of arrival. The visa can be extended once for another 30 days, which brings the total stay to 60 days. It is a single-entry visa and is cancelled the moment you leave the country.
When do I have to use the visa after it is issued?
Within 90 days of the issue date. Validity starts counting on your first day in Indonesia, not on the day the document is issued.
Do I still need the Digital Arrival Card if I have a visa?
Yes. Every traveller arriving in Indonesia submits the All Indonesia declaration for immigration, customs, health and quarantine. It can be filed from three days before arrival up to the day you land, and produces a QR code you show at the terminal.
