A single-entry B1 visa issued electronically before you fly, instead of taken at the counter on arrival. You receive it as a PDF and show it when you land.
From one hour up to 24 hours, counted from the moment we have all four of your documents. Applications that arrive overnight are usually finished by the morning.
Thirty days from your arrival date. The visa can be extended once for another 30 days, which brings the total stay to 60 days.

A scan of your full passport page valid at least six months on arrival, a selfie on a light background, your residential address in Indonesia, and your airline ticket. Phone photos are fine as long as every corner of the page is visible.
You can, but you queue for it. Holding the electronic visa before you board means you skip that line, and if your passport is biometric you can use the automatic gate.
No. It is a single-entry visa and it is cancelled on departure. A second trip needs a new application.
A visa issued electronically in advance can be extended online. A visa taken at the airport requires one visit to an immigration office, where you are photographed and fingerprinted.
IDR 550,000 per applicant, including our handling fee. If immigration refuses the application you get your money back. The terms are confirmed in writing before you pay.
A single digital declaration covering immigration, customs, health and quarantine. It replaces the separate paper forms travellers used to fill in on the plane.
Every foreign visitor and every Indonesian citizen arriving in the country. Holding a visa does not exempt you from it.
From three days before your arrival date up to the day you land. The form is tied to the flight you are actually taking, so it cannot be opened earlier.
A QR code. Save or screenshot it on your phone and present it to officers at the international airport or seaport terminal.
IDR 25,000 per traveller covers us filing the declaration and checking every entry against the passport and ticket you sent. The declaration itself carries no government charge, and you are welcome to file it yourself.
You can, at a kiosk in the terminal, but you queue for it along with everyone else who left it until the last moment. Filing in advance means you land with the QR code already on your phone.
Yes. Details can still be changed right up until the QR code is scanned at immigration. Tell us what needs fixing and we amend it for you.
Expect to be held up at the terminal while you fill it in on the spot. Restricted goods that were never declared can also mean a fine or confiscation at customs.
Everyone arriving is covered by the declaration. Send us the passport details for each person and we file for the whole party together.
A booked itinerary in your name, used as proof of onward travel when your visa application asks for a ticket you have not bought yet.
No. It is a reservation for the application, not a flight you can board. Book your real ticket separately before you travel.
When your dates are not fixed yet but the application still needs proof of onward travel. If you already hold a ticket, you do not need this at all.

A booking confirmation in your name, used for the residential address the application asks for when you have not arranged accommodation yet.
No. It is a reservation prepared for the application. Arrange your actual accommodation separately.
Yes, and you should if you have one. Send us the confirmation and we use the address on it. A friend or family address in Indonesia works too.
