Indonesia Digital Arrival Card
One digital form for immigration, customs, health and quarantine, replacing the paper ones.
What it is
A unified digital arrival card and declaration platform run by Indonesian immigration. It replaces the separate paper forms travellers used to fill in on the plane, and has been in force since September 2025 at Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya and the other international entry points.
Who needs it
Every foreign visitor and every Indonesian citizen arriving in the country. Holding a visa does not exempt you from it.
Where it is filed
Online through the All Indonesia portal or the official mobile app. We file it for you from the documents you already sent us.
The arrival card is not a visa. It is an additional document every traveller submits on arrival. You still need a visa to enter Indonesia. For most visitors that is the e-Visa on Arrival.
When To
File It
The declaration opens 72 hours, three days, before your arrival date and stays open until the day you land. Filing earlier than that is not possible, because the form is tied to the flight you are actually taking.
You can also fill it in at the airport after you land, but that means queuing at a terminal kiosk with everyone else who left it until the last moment.
Send us your flight details as soon as they are confirmed. We file on the first day the window opens, so the QR code is on your phone well before you leave for the airport. Details can still be corrected right up until the code is scanned at immigration.

Submitting the form generates a QR code. That code is the whole document. There is nothing to print and nothing to collect.
- Save or screenshot the QR code on your phone before you fly
- Present it to officers at the international airport or seaport terminal
- The code is scanned once and your entry clearance continues from there
Keep the screenshot even if you have signal. Terminal reception is not something to rely on.
How The
Form Works
The official All Indonesia website or its mobile app.
Indonesian citizen or foreign visitor.
Passport valid at least six months, personal data, accommodation, flight and health details. Scanning the passport data page fills most of it.
Health, quarantine and the electronic customs declaration, all in the same flow.
The QR code is generated straight away.
What You Declare
The customs half of the form asks what you are carrying. Getting it wrong is what causes delays at the terminal. Undeclared restricted goods can mean a fine or confiscation.

Arrival Card Questions
Do I need this if I already have a visa?
Yes. The visa and the arrival card are separate requirements. Every traveller arriving in Indonesia submits the declaration, whatever visa they hold.
How early can it be filed?
From three days before your arrival date, up to the day you land.
What does the declaration cover?
Immigration, customs, health and quarantine, in a single form. It includes the electronic customs declaration, so there is no separate paper slip to fill in.
What do I have to do at the airport?
Show the QR code to the officers at the terminal. Save it or screenshot it beforehand so you are not depending on a signal when you land.
Can I fill it in at the airport instead?
You can, at a kiosk in the terminal, but you queue for it along with everyone else who left it until the last moment. Filing in advance means you land with the QR code already on your phone.
Can I correct a mistake after submitting?
Yes. Details can still be changed right up until the QR code is scanned at immigration. Tell us what needs fixing and we amend it for you.
What happens if I do not complete it?
Expect to be held up at the terminal while you fill it in on the spot. Restricted goods that were never declared can also mean a fine or confiscation at customs.
Do children need their own arrival card?
Everyone arriving is covered by the declaration. Send us the passport details for each traveller in your party and we file for all of them together.
